Tria Restaurant is uniquely designed to provide areas suitable for group dining, with indoor and outdoor accommodations for groups from 10-96 guests. To make your event truly special, each of our distinct areas offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere – with cozy fireplaces, views of the action in the kitchen, or beautiful outdoor ambiance on the patio.
Group Dining Details
For groups of 14-24, Tria offers a curated selection of à la carte menu options. Our Group Dining Menus are designed by our award-winning chefs, with guest preferences in mind. Guests can select from Tria favorites, including appetizers, entrees and desserts, and gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
For groups of 24 or more guests, Tria offers both plated and buffet options, depending on guest preference. Consult with our Group Dining Coordinator to create the perfect menu and service style for your next group dining experience. Arrangements can be made to accommodate a host of special dietary needs.

Market Room
The Market Room is a comfortable, inviting space that is perfect for pre-event gatherings, receptions, Chef’s dinners, wine tastings, meetings and family celebrations. With thoughtful amenities and the latest A/V technology, The Market Room can accommodate groups of up to 48 guests.
Sun Room
The Sun Room is a warm, welcoming space that is adjacent to Tria’s main dining room, and perfect for private dinners, family celebrations, wedding events, and company gatherings. The Sun Room offers privacy, comfort and charm, and can accommodate groups of up to 28.
Jerome Room
The Jerome Hill Room provides flexibility, versatility and can accommodate up to 96 guests in a banquet setting. The space is perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate events, meetings, conferences, reunions, retreats, family celebrations and more.
Patio
Our award-winning patio can accommodate up to 100 guests. With views overlooking water and a real wood-burning fireplace, this outdoor space is sure to set the mood for your next event. It’s perfect for summer work parties or family gatherings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. We require deposits and minimum buys for all spaces. Specific pricing can be discussed during your consultation call.
Every private event starts with an initial phone call, followed by a tour and introduction to the venue. Our event team will help you secure a date, we’ll go over and sign paperwork and get a deposit. Then, two weeks before the event, our event team will work with you to finalize every detail of the event — from menu planning and decor to timing, service, and support. We will finalize the guest count five days prior to your private event in North Oaks, and we offer support all the way through event tear-down and clean-up.
Absolutely! For events of up to 25 guests, we can design a limited menu of three (3) starters, five (5) entrees, and three (3) desserts. Our culinary team is happy to work with you around food sensitivities and allergies. If you have a party of 25 or more, our event coordinator will discuss menu details with you during your consultation call.
Yes! Tria can provide microphones and speakers, and both the Jerome Room and Market Room include a 100-inch flatscreen TV — perfect for your next board meeting, presentation, family gathering, or wedding shower near the Twin Cities.
Yes, we are. Our event coordinators are happy to include access details at the time of your venue tour.
Yes, our private events have a four-hour maximum, which is outlined in the contract you’ll sign before the event. Tria offers extended hours for an additional fee.
Yes! We have a few easy rules — no glitter, no confetti, and no hammering into our walls.
Yes, you are welcome to bring a store-bought cake or dessert with a valid receipt.
Based on your requests, our event coordinator can coordinate details with you and build a beverage menu that suits the event. Whether you’d like a full bar, just beer and wine, or nonalcoholic — we’ll make it happen!
Private events at Tria until 24 hours prior to the event with 100% forfeiture of your deposit.
The Sun Room accommodates up to 28 guests comfortably for a sit-down dinner.
Every private event at Tria has its own designated service team, who will take guest orders and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages promptly.
The Jerome Bar is a completely private space on Tria’s 2nd floor, with its own bathrooms and a full bar.
